Overview
A hack-and-slash RPG featuring a reactive narrator, various unlockable weapons, weapon upgrades, practice mini-games and optional difficulty modifiers, set in an imaginary world in the aftermath of an uncertain apocalypse, in which the player embodies a teenager with a troubled past as he and the narrator work together to rebuild the world out of a persisting hub called the Bastion.

Bastion (2011) - Cheats, Unlockables and Tips
• Bastion does not include official cheat codes or console commands, but it does feature several unlockables and gameplay secrets.
• Upgrade the Bastion fully (all buildings, monuments and the shrine) to gain access to new items, spirits and gameplay bonuses.
• Unlock the Shrine and the Temple of the Goddess to test your skills and earn bonus rewards as you raise your combat proficiency.
• Activate God Idols at the Temple to increase challenge difficulty; each idol raised multiplies the XP, fragments and rewards you earn.
• Destroy scenery elements like crates, barrels and black stone: they drop many more fragments than most players realize.
• Experiment with weapon combos: the Cael Hammer paired with the Breaker's Bow, or Brushers Pike setups, are extremely effective against large hordes.
• Talk to Rucks and listen to his narration carefully: he hints at hidden areas, secret weapons and story details you might otherwise miss.
• Complete the game to unlock New Game Plus, which carries over your weapons, upgrades and spirits while adding tougher enemy variations.
• Use the Kid's dodge roll offensively: rolling through enemies deals damage and is one of the most overlooked combat techniques in the game.
