Overview
Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories is a full remake of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, released on the PlayStation 2. In Japan, it is part of the Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+ compilation and has connectivity features with Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix. As there were no plans to release Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix internationally, these features were modified for the North American release.

Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories (PS2): cheats, unlockables and tips
• Unlock Riku's story: fully complete Sora's story in Castle Oblivion. You will then be able to play the Riku-Replika story with its own card system.
• Proud Mode: beat Sora's story to unlock Proud difficulty, offering a bigger challenge and extra rewards on a second playthrough.
• Sleights: in Sora's story, stack three cards before breaking and press triangle to unleash sleights like Sonic Blade or Ars Arcanum. Warning: cards used in a sleight do not reload until the turn ends.
• Card duels: in Riku's story, match the enemy's card number (three of a kind = duel) to trigger special attacks like Dark Aura or Dark Firaga, very effective against bosses.
• Zero cards: save your value 0 cards to break enemy and boss combos, but use them fast: they are useless if the opponent strikes first.
• Moogle Shop: collect Moogle stickers scattered across the floors to earn shop bonuses and rare cards through synthesis.
• Map cards and Room Adjustment: use map cards to create rooms with higher enemy rates (more EXP) or more treasure; this is the fastest way to level up.
• Pro tip for Marluxia: keep healing cards (Cure and Hi-Potion) at the top of your deck and never build sleights around them, so they can never get locked away.
