Metroid Prime 3: Corruption (Wii) - Secrets and Tips
This game has no official cheat codes, but it does feature unlockables, secrets and useful tips:
• Credits: beating the game earns you credits (gold, silver and bronze) you can spend in the bonus gallery menu to unlock concept art, dioramas and music.
• Full ending: collect 100% of the upgrades before defeating the final boss to see the alternate ending with extra content.
• Shared credits: credits are stored on your console, so you can combine credits from multiple playthroughs to unlock everything faster.
• Scan everything: scanning items, creatures and lore grants credits and helps you understand the story and find secrets.
• Use Hypermode wisely: activating it with full health and only when needed prevents corruption from cutting your beam short during the toughest boss fights.
• Ship missile upgrades: hidden launchers on the planets let you call missile bombardments to open blocked paths from above.
• Energy cells: remember some Pirate base doors require ship-borne energy bombs; place them in the right nodes and defend them from enemies.
• Boss tip: during fights, use the grapple lasso to tear off armor and expose weak points.
