Overview
The world is in ruins. Only a remnant of mankind remains, hunted to near extinction by horrors from another world. As one of the few survivors left, you will venture into portals to fantastic realms to gather the resources and firepower needed to fight back and retake what was lost.
Remnant: From the Ashes is a third-person survival-action game set in a post-apocalyptic world overrun by mythical creatures. The game provides players and up to three of their friends with a unique, customizable gameplay experience filled with intense shooting and melee combat, gear and weapon crafting, character progression and dynamically-generated levels that offer an infinite number of ways to explore and take on deadly monsters and epic bosses.

Remnant: From the Ashes - Secrets, unlockables and pro tips
• The game has no official cheat codes, but it hides plenty of useful secrets and tips.
• Free health regen: stay still without dodging or sprinting for a few seconds to slowly recover health, especially in safe areas.
• Return to a Checkpoint (crystal) to restock shop items and materials, since enemies respawn in the world.
• Get the hidden Magnum revolver: in the tutorial, instead of grabbing the Assault Rifle (walk past the welder and dodge his attacks), help the man trapped under debris and you will receive the Ferro's revolver.
• Defeat bosses with alternative methods to earn unique weapons: for example, shoot the Devourer's pus sac instead of the boss itself to obtain the Spitfire pistol.
• Pay attention to how you resolve encounters, not just whether you win: many alternate items depend on your approach, such as breaking eggs or interacting with objects before killing certain bosses.
• Play in co-op to revive fallen allies: approach a downed teammate and hold the interact button; bosses are far more manageable with a team.
• Complete side quests and world events (like those on Rhom or in the Iskal area) to earn legendary rings and other powerful gear.
