Overview
Be prepared to relive the first nightmare in Resident Evil 0, a remastered version of the popular prequel to the original Resident Evil game. This remastered version takes the fear-inducing atmosphere from the original 2002 release and transforms it with stunning new HD visuals, improved sound, widescreen support and an optional modernized control system and more. It's the best way to experience the story of what really happened before the iconic mansion incident that was the catalyst for the entire Resident Evil saga.

Resident Evil 0 HD Remaster: cheats, unlockables and tips
• Wesker Mode: beat the main game once to unlock Wesker Mode, starring Albert Wesker, who can perform short-range teleports and very fast attacks.
• Hard Mode: clear the game once to unlock Hard difficulty with tougher enemies and scarcer supplies.
• Leech Hunter minigame: access it from the train area (new game menu). Completing it unlocks infinite-ammo weapons (assault rifle and magnum) for future playthroughs.
• Alternate costumes: finish the game to unlock alternate outfits for Rebecca and Billy, selectable when starting a new game.
• Character swapping tip: Rebecca and Billy can be swapped at partner change points. Use Billy for direct combat (he takes hits well) and Rebecca for support tasks, healing and mixing herbs.
• Inventory tip: use item chests wisely since inventory space is limited. Leave heavy ammo and big weapons with Billy and healing items with Rebecca.
• Zombie blocking tip: in narrow corridors, a shot can stagger a zombie so it blocks others from reaching you — use this to escape crowded rooms safely.
