Overview
Persona is a philosophical game that takes place in a world close to our own. It is a departure from the typical swords and sorcery, and it delivers a tale of dreams, the purpose of life, and who we are as individuals. In Persona you have modern weapons like an Uzi and an AK-47. And instead of always fighting monsters, you are given the opportunity to talk your way through a confrontation. By talking things out, you can earn components of spells the more components you have, the more powerful your spells become.

• This game has no official documented cheat codes, but these tips will help you get the most out of it.
• Save often: if the protagonist dies, you get an immediate Game Over and lose progress since your last save.
• The in-game script lets you choose a male or female protagonist, exclusive to this PSP version; the female protagonist has different dialogue and social links.
• Fuse Personas frequently in the Velvet Room: fused Personas inherit skills and can be far stronger than recruited ones.
• Use the spell card cartridge and spell cards to teach magic to demons that normally could not learn it.
• Level up each character's initial Persona (Orpheus, Ariadne and others) by raising their humanity stat to unlock their ultimate forms.
• Reversion items let you turn Personas back into demons, useful for later fusions.
• Don't let one character soak up all the damage: use defense and buffs, as boss fights are very tough if your party is unbalanced.
