The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ is a dungeon-crawling shoot-'em-up that's literally a different game each and every time you play it! The randomly generated maps are built with over 11,000 unique room configurations, each populated with a nearly endless variety of enemies, items, challenges and secrets!

The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ – Cheats and Console Commands
• Debug console (PC): open the options.ini file in the game's documents folder and change EnableDebugConsole=0 to EnableDebugConsole=1. In-game, press the console key (usually ñ or ~) to open the console.
• spawn command: with the console open, type spawn 5 (followed by the item ID) to spawn an item, or goto s.x.y to teleport to a specific room.
• giveitem command: use giveitem (shortened to g) followed by an item ID to instantly obtain any item, e.g. giveitem 168.
• goto command: type goto d.x.y to travel to a room, or goto s.boss. to fight a boss directly.
• Achievements: note that using the console marks the run as 'hacked' and disables achievements and stat progress for that save.
• Character unlocks: new characters (such as Lilith and Apollyon) are unlocked by completing challenges and defeating final bosses on Normal difficulty, not via codes.
• Pro tip: to unlock final challenge content, complete the Challenges menu; each one grants unique items and characters.
• Pro tip: save keys and bombs early — in Afterbirth+, shops and secret rooms are key to building winning runs.
