Overview

The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons is one of two Zelda titles released for the Game Boy Color, the other being Oracle of Ages. The game retain many gameplay elements from Link's Awakening such as the graphics, audio and top-view perspective. It also features eight dungeons and a large overworld to explore like in the previous games. Oracle of Seasons is said to be more action-oriented than its counterpart being more puzzle-oriented. After completing one of the two games, both can be linked to form a single linear plot with an alternate ending. Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages were often credited as being two of the top games for the Game Boy Color.

The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons - Cheats and Secrets (GBC)
• Linked Game secrets: after finishing Oracle of Seasons (or Ages) and starting the other game, the old woman in the Secret Cave gives you a secret password. Entering it in the linked game unlocks bonuses such as extra hearts, the Noble Sword, and extra items.
• Rings: ring passwords requested at Vasu's jeweler carry over ring effects to the linked game in the other title.
• No known official cheat codes exist; the secrets below are real tips and unlock conditions, not fake codes.
• Gasha Seeds: plant Gasha Seeds in soft soil spots; the location and how far you are in the game determine which Gasha Nut (and ring) you get — plant several for rare rings.
• Cheat-proof trick: use Roc's Feather mid-air with the Gnat Hat's bite downgrade tips — hold ZL to approach.
• Money farming: kill Like Like enemies near Horon Village and re-enter screens to respawn them for easy items.
• Subrosian Dance Hall: memorize the dance steps in the Subrosian Dance Hall minigame to win the Strange Flute needed for the Desert of Mystery.
